If we eat food and sleep in the afternoon, will we gain weight?

A. Yes avoid sleeping in afternoon time immediately after having lunch as reduces the metabolism so if you want to take a nap wait fir atleast an hour and then y a small nap hope it helps

A. The basic thing that even doctor said that you should not sleep for at least two hours after having your lunch otherwise the body gains weight because the body get at rest and the digestion of the body become slow the metabolism becomes slow which is why it’s not advisor ism
