Q.
my baby is 8 months old but he is going to bathroom after 3 to 4 days with very hard and pain.He is crying lot while going bathroom.I am homemade ceracl two days ragi and rice.

give sipes of water after each solid feed.
Give Tummy Massage in clockwise direction.
black raisin water is good in constipation.

please give easily digestible Food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc
please give lukrwarm water for drinking
please give daily massage on stomach area in clock wise direction and gently move your child legs in cycling motion and circular motion
