my baby of 3 years old having constipation from yesterday. Passing small stool that is very hard and crying due to pain

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. now use glycerine suppository for relief. Constipation or hard stools is quite common in baby age group and so know that as it requires dietary change. Give plenty of water to baby and also include high fibre diet items like suji , dalia etc green leafy vegetables and fruits in the baby diet.

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hydration
