Q.

my baby is 8 months now. he can sit and walk with Walker. can I give him jaggery in some of the recipe.?

A. Yes off course you can add jaggery in sweet foods as jaggery is rich source of iron and definitely better then white sugar so you can use it and give semi solids

A. Hi parent yes mam you can give jaggery to your child in different sweet dishes like soji halva Shira rab laddu khir pancakes sabudana porridge etc please give easily digestible Food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
