A. the child might be having some allergy in the eyes which might be causing irritation so if it is not improving at the child examined wt/ht -it is very important to meet your doctor to confirm whether the weight and height of the child is within normal limits or not and if the child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency because that can lead to loss of appetite. it is important that it you have to offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child

A. U Get a check with an eye specialist because without proper check up I cannot tell you as to why the eyes are becoming read again and again and why is it happening the doctor can only check it with machines and can tell you as to what is the issue for weight issues you should consult a paediatrician ones
