Q.

my baby is 8 month old boy....what can i serve him for eating??

A. Hello mom the baby can be given a mix of semi solid to soft consistency foods, you can gradually add more variety by introducing one food at a time. You can give kichidi or dal and rice , vegetables can be steamed as well or in form of soups , fresh seasonal fruits or at times juices, buttermilk , curds, ghee, panner, porridge made suji or ragi or multigrain. Mix, roti, variety of dals, sago , dalia etc dry fruits and nuts

A. Porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all kind of fruits and vegetables can also be given along with that also I would like to inform you the dairy products are very important to be given to the child from the very beginning itself for healthy growthWrite Your Answer Here
