Q.
my baby is 8 month old and he has tiny red bumps under eyes...is it some kind of infection or allergy?? it vanishes on its own...and comes back on its own.

It Maybe some allergy only but it is coming in subsiding on its own only so it is obviously something which is either is having a connection heat in the body or something else but without proper assessment it would be difficult to give you correct guidance on that
