My baby is 8 month and cannot sit independently why?

A. Learn to sit independently by the time of 8 to 8 1/2 months in some cases there can be a delay of 9 to 9 1/2 months also but if your child doesn’t make it by the time of 8 1/2 months I would recommend you to check with your doctor maybe supplements will help in this like calcium or vitamin D
