my baby is 8 and half months old.. her face is reddish most of time like some kind of allergy.. her face is ruff.. plzz suggest me what can I do for her.

A. I do everything.. but didn't get results.. I never used soap or bodywash on her face

A. don't use any sort of soap or baby lotion for some time as her skin may be sensitive.... rather wipe her face with clean cotton dipped with water....once the face is wiped off..apply calamine lotion...
