my baby is 7months old, still she is not having a good hair growth.. can you please advise ?

So Once you get that tonsure done after that whatever the hair growth child will have will be of a much better quality and texture so as of now about these temporary here you need not worry about it so you get to once tonsure done and after that whatever hair will come will be of permanent quality and texture
