my baby is 75 days old the area under the neck god red lines as i cant explain wt to do

Hello ma’am Sometimes don’t get accumulated into that area those lines which is why turns red so I would advise you to just clean it properly with a soft wet cloth and if you really cannot explain it what exactly is the issue I would advise you to consult your paediatrician for a personal check up and if doctor advise you do any medicine or anything just go for it
