Q.

my baby is 7 weeks old and at some times of the day he will have milk from the best for ,5 minutes detaches and then starts crying. He is eating his hands and is hungry but refuses to latch again.

A. gas problem or feeding position

A. hello mum in that case is it means that child is definitely having some problem may be the milk supply is not proper it should not be very high aur very low or maybe the child is having gas problem or problem can laughing so you can help to find out it with help of your doctor
