Q.

My baby is 7 months old, which salt is good for babies. I'm giving her ragi porridge she doesn't like if it is bland. so I'm adding a pinch of table salt for it

A. you should better avoid given salt to your baby till he one yrs. but he t is absolutely not accepting the food without salt you can add A Pinch of rock salt sendha namak
