My baby is 7 months old, since last 2 week there is a red rash in his eye upper lid. what to do

A. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and he is having a redness on his upper eyelid so don’t worry just keep him awake from chemicals and smoke and give 5 ml syrup cetzine
