Q.

My baby is 7 months old . Last month paediatrician advised iron drops I’m giving him , right now he is having mild cold & cough shall I continue giving him iron drops even in cold & cough ?

A. u can stop for few days regarding this concern further you can dicuss with the doctor if any such queries or doubts are there it will be cleared . your doctor will give guidance as needed.
