Q.

my baby is 7 months + old. Inspite of multiple no, my inlaws give him bakery biscuits, make hi. taste an icecream a bit. if we give very less sugar and salt like this. is it fine ? but in his meal, I do not add salt. if required ( very less rock salt). or jaggery in place of sugar. but very less

A. good to avoid adding salt n sugar in baby food. No Cerelac, biscuits, backery items, cornflakes...etc and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. please educate your in-laws about it

A. hi dear Homemade Biscuits – You can make biscuits at home using healthy ingredients. You can use healthy ingredients like oats, ragi, millet, almonds, raisins, etc. ... Whole Wheat Biscuits – Whole wheat biscuits don't have any refined wheat flour in them.
