My. baby is 7 months old. He has got fever starting from day before yesterday. Initially with P 120 temperature was going down but starting from yesterday night fever is almost persistent. Do I need to start antibiotic ? Fever is running between 100-102 even after giving paracetamol syrup 120.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and he is having a fever since 2 days so he needs good hydration and frequent breast feeding and syrup ibugesic plus syrup 2 ml three times a day after food
