Q.

my baby is 7 months old currently I am feeding her ragi twice.what else can I give her and should I start give her 3 meals?

A. rice n dal.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. how many times should we feed milk to baby now. my son is on fm & rejecting bottle milk in day time. even though he is hunger & refuses to have milk. using the bottle from past 2 1/2 months. should I change the bottle

A. U Start with three meals as of now also apart from ragi you should give good amount of fruit purée and vegetable purée mashed banana mashed potato Suji items like Halwa Upma and all kind of dairy products like Paneer cheese curd you can give to the child and good amount of water and coconut water buttermilk all these things you can give
