my baby is 7 months old and I have lower back pain since delivery. I consulted a doctor and he diagnosed it to be muscle pain. how long will it take to heal?

Avoid bending from waist, bend with knees folded
Massage your back
Do some back stretching exercises
Take a course of vitamin D
Take calcium supplements
Sit upright with back support
