A. You need not give away breastfeeding after u join to work. You can get a good quality electric breast pump and express milk everyday, store it, so that the care taker can feed the baby in ur absence. You can start practicing this a few weeks before you join work so the baby will be ready to accept the change when u go to work. If u r planning to go for bottle feeding. Then you should choose the right bottle which goes well with breastfeeding. Medela calma bottles and teats are designed to give the same feel as feeding from the mother so that the baby won't resist breastmilk while parallely feeding through the bottle and vice versa. it worked for me May be u can give it a try. After u return from work u can breastfeed the baby directly. Also after six months you can slowly start with solids.
