hello after my six months of maternity leave i will have to return to work. working hours is from 9am to 4:30pm. with this i need to travel for around 3 hours to and fro. I'm breastfeeding my baby now. how do i manage when i start working?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Appoint a maid, Freshly expressed or pumped milk can be stored: At room temperature (77°F or colder) for up to 4 hours. In the refrigerator for up to 4 days. In the freezer for about 6 months is best; up to 12 months is acceptable.
