my baby is 7 month old they get daihorria and vomit she not eat properly

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom The appetite decreases when the babies they become ill. This is just a temporary phase. If ur baby is rejecting one food offer the other variety of food. Give coconut water to increase appetite of ur baby.
