Q.
My baby is 7 month old. I got my period only one time. And it last only 3, 4 days. How long it will take to get normal. Is it common?

It’s all normal and common due to hormone changes
No need to worry
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Go for walking every day
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Stay hydrated
Take seasonal fruits vegetables juice
And take vitamins supplements calcium supplements
