ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. these are hereditary. don't do anything. will reduce on their own if they are growing more. once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and do all routine investigation

See you actually cannot remove it that’s the thing if you want you can look for some home remedies online if you get any that you can work on with then you please go ahead with that otherwise these hair mostly fell down on their own only over the period but yet if you want you can go ahead with some home remedy L soWrite Your Answer Here
