my baby is 7 days old. she passes stool 15 to 20 times a day. when I feed baby she passes stool within 5 minutes. her birth weight was 3.1 kg but now her weight was 2.5 kg. what can I do.

A. hi babies usually lose weight in 1st week after birth. this is the water weight that is lost. this weight is gained back in some days. passing stool after feed is also normal. so don't worry
