Q.
My baby is 7 days old. I am using nipple shield because of cracked nipples. It slightly helps reduce the pain but I am worried it will lead to nipple confusion for baby in days to come. Please advise.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if you are breastfeeding mother enough you are having some issues regarding breastfeeding and you are using the shield consult your doctor one for a proper examination and guidance and accordingly follow

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you may apply the nipple butter cream if you are using the nipple shield just because of the cracked or sore nipples which would be better and good also.. moms co or mother sparsh or nipcare any of them may be used to get rid of the pain completely
