my baby is 7 days old and looks like she has 2 teeth in upper jaws . This will be from birth. Koi issue hai isme ?

Your child is having neonatal teeth which is very commonly seen with kids from the time of birth itself but you will have to get them extracted as after that only fresh teeth will come and after that permanent teeth will come when they break so right now it’s better to check with your doctor for this
