Q.

my baby is 7.5 months old. I usually nurse him on the left side and rarely from right side. whenever I try to nurse form right side the milk tastes salty. im very scared why it is tasting salty? please help me to understand

Hi mom Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables fenugreek ajwain to increase your milk supply More sucking leads to more milk Take a good care of your baby Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk
