My baby is 7.5 months old am giving cow milk and also introducing food ro him should I give salt or not?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. Namaste Mom Salt can be given in very small quantities or another option is use of lemon avoid animal milk as of now till the age of 1 as such.

Cow milk or buffaloes milk or full cream packet milk none of them are invited to be given to the child before completing the time of one year so please avoid that I give salt in the food as per my doctors advice you also should because this way the child develops a proper flavour and taste in the food that you offer
