Q.

My baby is 6months and 11 days old, is typhoid and flu vaccine given in this time. is it mandatory to give those vaccine?

A. yes better to give At 6 months of age  You should give following vaccine  OPV (oral polio vaccine)  Inj. Hep. B if 3doses are not completed till 6 months of age  Influenza vaccine optional vaccine  Imfluenza is a optional vaccine but always better to give  It will protect ur baby from flu infection   Typhoid conjugate vaccine ie typhbar TCV  Should be given at 9-12 months of age  And second dose should be given at 2yrs of age  These are optional vaccines  But always better to give  It will protect ur baby from typhoid fever.

A. Typhoid is definitely important you should not skip on that but flu is not mandatory vaccination is your choice if you want to get it done or not but typhoid I would recommend you that you should get it done it’s a good vaccination and important one
