Always feed freshly cooked food to your baby.
Do not add salt, sugar, honey to your baby’s food.Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) .
Moong Daal water, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
