Q.

my baby is 6 years 3 months old she had a minor have fall and she had very light dark circles in her under eyes. and I feel from some days her complexion goes dark. so tell me what should I.

A. not related to the fall but yes it can be due to nutritional deficiency so meet your doctor who will tell you whether any B12 supplements is required or not and try to give plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables and water

Hi parent please decrease your child screen time and encourage for physical activity like walking jumping skipping cycling etc please avoid all packed food and products with refind flour please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
