Q.

my baby is 6 months old, what should we do for baby weight gain. at present my baby is 5.8 kg

A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your 6 months old baby, you can give foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
