Q.

my baby is 6 months old, I started ragi porridge to her a week before (afternoon) she got adjusted to it, after she got comfortable with the food today I gave her ragi porridge 2 times ( afternoon and evening) she seems to be uncomfortable and crying please please answer what to do know please, is she will be fine?

A. If a baby is constipated after starting solids, it could be for a variety of reasons, better include: Eating too many starchy foods (i.e.bananas, rice cereal, carrots, and cheese) A diet low in Fibre. Not drinking enough fluids.
