my baby is 6 months old... he just started taking solids..... at starting after 3- 4 spoons he demands milk.... Is it ok to give milk just solid meal....?? offering both milk nd solids at same time can cause indigestion ???

ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot pear sapota banana apple pumpkin papaya
remember one new food one at a time
