#AskTheExpert I have started cow's milk for my 1 yr old ...How much milk should I give her at this age...Mostly she demands milk all the time..She is on solids too..

Nihita mittalMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. good morning you can give around 300 ml to 400 ml of milk to the child throughout the day apart from that I would recommend you to make sure that you are giving sufficient semi solid diet also
