My baby is 6 months old and her head is always hot. she doesn't have any fever and other parts of her body is normal. is it a matter of concern or its normal? please suggest

A. in small babies head will be having largest surface area naturally the blood supply to the head will be more and it is warmer for the feeling it is not fever in the baby
