Q.

my baby is 6 months now...how will she get iodine if she will not eat salty food???

A. Hello mom salt can be given in very small quatities never the less iodine is present in foods such as banana, berries, also prunes , raisins as well, in eggs, dairy foods, corns , green peas, lima beans , sea foods , lentils, green leafy vegetables, rajma, potatoes, soya beans, almond figs etc
