Q.
My baby is 6 months 19days old..she has this in her hairs..it's neither pimples nor look like dandruff flakes..I always keep her head clean and apply either coconut or mustard oil.What can I do..please help

sorry but I can't find any attachment
but from your description ,I advise you to apply coconut oil only.
wash your child's hair with mild shampoo
keep your child in well vantileted room
maintain good hygiene
