my baby is 6 months 13 days old is it right to give carrot Tomato potato soup

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Carrot and tomato soup can ge given and don’t add too many vegetables in one soup and introduce one food at a time and give semi solid foods to the vaby and keep feeding

Yes you can give separately but avoid mixing of so many things at a time as it can be heavy for the baby to digest. always introduce one thing at a time. also follow the three day rule for new food to avoid allergy. avoid giving salt and sugar till the baby completes a year
