A. As a mother of tou are still breastfeeding then you please drink more water and keep your self hydrated. Please eat more watery fruits or juicy fruits like watermelon, grapes, oranges or any other fruit juices. Helps in restoring the water levels in the child’s body as well. And have the baby dresses in light cotton dresses, if the child sweats please keep the child in cool places as all the water content in their body might go out due to perspiration and causes less urine
