My baby is 6 month and about to 7 month old in few days yet no sign of teeth

it's okay..
sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and it's normal.
maximum upto the age of 18 months, first milk teeth can erupt so don't be tensed and wait

Hard swollen, reddish gums,mild fever, motion (due to stomach infection) ,crankiness, rejecting feed due to gum pain are symptoms of teething..
soothe with soothers, teethers ,give finger foods which ease from gum pain.
