my baby is 6 month and 20 days is suddenly looking thin n having motion 8 to 10 times a day and it's green and mucusy,does it reduce weight

It could be due to stomach infection or teeth coming so it would be good for you that you check with your doctor as a course of antibiotics would be required if they confirm an infection otherwise basic medicine if it is a loose motion because of teeth coming
