Q.

My baby is 6.5 months old,even after having meal or daal,she feeds in breastmilk,is it completely ok?Even before sleeping as well.

A. Hello ma’am Yes of course it is completely okay because whatever you are providing to your child is not a heavy meal , so it’s perfectly fine And in general also it is recommended to give milk to your child after dinner at least 2 to 2 1/2 hours after dinner and generally before you put your child to sleep as that way the child is full for a longer time
