my baby is 6.5 months old and she urinates yellow urine and touches her vagina what to do

A. Transparent to yellow colour urine is completely normal do not worry about that but if the child is constantly touching in that area then check for redness and also get examined with the doctor maybe some kind of an irritation or infection in there
