my baby is 6.2 kgs weight. doctor said she is underweight. he asked us to feed cerlac. what should I do?

A. Weight of 6.2 kg is absolutely normal for 4 months old baby, do not worry. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk is nature’s complete food for baby till 6 months.
