my baby is 5years old..but his weight only 13kg...ps suggest me some diet plan...

A. Hello Guardian , please include all kind of homemade seasonal food in your child's plan. Give proper 3 main meals and in between snacks atleast two times that is mid morning and evening time like fruits, shakes, sandwich, paneer or cheese, cheela, cutlets, sprouts, makhanna, peanuts, smoothies. All himemade protein rich food and also keep him hydrated with water, lemon water, coconut water, fresh fruit juices etc.It will definitely help in improving his health.
