my baby is 5months old today I fed her wheat apple ceralac. later she did mucus vomitings for 3times what was reason

please don't give anything to eat or drink other than breastmilk and needed medicines till 6 months age.
after completion of 6 months age, you can start to offer semisolid food to your child
but till that please stick to breastfeeding
