Q.

my baby is 5months old. I'm a breastfeeding mother. can I eat pepper???

A. yes you can eat pepper.. but in moderate amount. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. Whole Grains Sprouts, spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. plenty of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.
