my baby is 5months old and I am exclusively breastfeeding. Can I feed him any other food from next month? if yes please suggest what I can serve to him?

Hi parent Yes, after her age of six months she can.be given the food but don't start drastically start gradually keep the quantity small soups , probiotics , meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits purees and daliya , khichdi upma sheera porridge etc cnanbe given
